Our Returns Policy

Once orders have been placed we will not accept any cancellations.

🇬🇧United Kingdom

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Hijabs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us at admin@sooqlina.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return and photos of the item.

  3. We will confirm if the item qualifies for a return and provide a return authorisation and address.

  4. Items must be in brand-new condition

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for covering return postage.

  • Returns must be sent via a tracked service.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit if the instructions are not followed.

  • Keep your receipt for proof of return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued within 20 working days of receiving and inspecting the damaged item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is received damaged or defective.

  • Customers must provide clear photos of the damage before a return is approved.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.

  3. Only pre-approved returns will be accepted. We will provide a return address.

Return Shipping:

  • For approved damaged items, we will provide instructions.

  • Returns must be sent via a tracked international courier.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for items lost if returned without tracking or without prior approval.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued only after the item is received and inspected, within 20 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items that are damaged or defective are not eligible for return.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

  • Returns without photo evidence or pre-approval will not be refunded.
